王莹洁,博士后,中共党员。现为烟台大学计算机与控制学院教授/副院长,山东师范大学兼职博导,山东省优秀青年基金获得者,空天信息融合与服务计算山东省高等学校未来产业工程研究中心主任。CCF高级会员,IEEE TCSVC宣传主席兼多样性主席,中国计算机学会服务计算专委会常务委员/副秘书长,中国人工智能学会智能服务专委会常务委员,中国计算机学会人工智能与模式识别专委会执行委员,中国计算机学会协同计算专委会执行委员,中国人工智能学会机器学习专委会通讯委员,中国电子学会物联网专家委员会青年专技组委员,山东省人工智能学会常务理事/副秘书长/标准化工委会秘书长,山东计算机学会理事。主要从事群智感知网络、服务计算、人工智能等领域的研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目/青年项目、中国博士后基金特别资助项目/面上项目,山东省自然科学基金优秀青年项目/面上项目,烟台市科技发展计划项目等课题10余项,是山东省高等学校青创科技计划创新团队负责人,在IEEE TMC、IEEE TSC、IEEE TII、IEEE TCC、IEEE TCSS、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、Computer Networks、《软件学报》、IDEAL、WASA、SocialCom等著名期刊和国际会议发表高水平学术论文90余篇,第一作者或通讯作者论文50余篇,ESI高被引论文5篇,热点论文1篇,会议最佳论文奖3篇。获得2023年山东省人工智能自然科学奖一等奖(1/2)、2022年中国人工智能学会服务计算青年才俊奖、2020年山东省人工智能科学技术奖优秀青年奖(1/1)、2021年山东省自然科学奖三等奖(2/4)、2020年山东省高等学校科学技术奖三等奖(1/3)、2019年烟台大学科学进步一等奖(1/1)等科研奖励,获得山东省巾帼建功标兵、烟台市“双百计划”有突出贡献的中青年专家、烟台市第二届最美巾帼奋斗者、山东省人工智能学会最美科技工作者、烟台大学“三八红旗手”、烟台大学优秀共产党员等荣誉称号。担任多个国际会议的组织主席、宣传主席、出版主席等,为多个著名期刊审稿。担任国家自然科学基金委函评专家、山东省科技特派员、企业科技顾问等。
